Events at St. Paul's

  • Saturday, April 26th – Town-wide yard sale
    St. Paul's will participate – Pat McKenna, chairperson.

  • May 11th
    Parishioners are asked to wear something red on May 11th (Pentecost Sunday) and on June 29th (Feast of Ss Peter & Paul) and the beginning of the 2000th anniversary of our patron saint.
     

  • Tuesday, May 13th – 7 p.m.
    Devotion to Mary for the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima
     

  • Sunday, May 25th, The Feast of Corpus Christi – 5 p.m.
    There will be Adoration, and benediction and a speaker.  The speaker’s topic will be how St. Paul looked at the Eucharist.
     

  • Sunday, June 26th – Parish Potluck Picnic
    In the Acts of the Apostles it was said they gathered together in prayer and caring for each other – so we ask you to gather on this special day.  All are invited – bring what you would ordinarily eat plus an extra two servings.  All of the food will be on one table and everyone will share.
     
  • Saturday, July 19th
    Delaware City Day – Bake Sale – MaryJune Patterson, chairperson

  • Sunday mornings
    Women of Grace – meets every Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at St. Paul’s Social Hall on Adams Street. Come and discover God’s plan for authentic femininity and learning the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Bible. Please join us. We would love to share faith together.   • Sunday mornings
    Tune in to Catholic Forum at 10:05 on 1150 AM WDEL or www.wdel.com. Catholic Forum is a production of the Office of Communication of the Diocese of Wilmington.
     
  • 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month
    Knights of Columbus – St. Pius X Council, Lancaster and Scott Streets, Wilmington – features Spaghetti, Ravioli, and Chicken Dinners on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. $10 per person (food is too much – we have to take it home), sports on Big Screen TV.
